Drop-in Wedge Anchors

Drop-in anchors, also commonly known as wedge anchors are an internally threaded hammer-in expansion sleeve for heavy duty fixings into concrete. Both lipped and non-lipped drop-in wedge anchors are available. The main difference is that non-lipped wedge anchors can be imbedded below the surface of the concrete, whereas lipped wedge anchors sit flush. These wedge anchors have an all-steel construction, meaning they are a compliant non-flammable fixing according to BS 7671.
