A selection of light duty and heavy-duty restraint straps, also commonly known as holding down straps. Light duty straps are 2mm thick, and heavy-duty straps are 4mm thick. Both options and made from mild still and are pre-galvanised. Our range goes down to 200mm and up to 3 metre in length, and includes straight, bent and twisted options. Light duty straps are for vertical restraint and heavy-duty straps are for lateral restraint as per current building regulations - BS 5268 Part 3. Our range also includes Simpson engineered restraint straps.
