Baypole screws are a low-profile head self-drilling Tek screw, specifically designed for the joining of PVCu window sections together, but they are also widely used for other door and window fabrication purposes. The wafer flange head helps to get a good grip onto PVCu, and the Tek-2 drilling point will self-drill through up to 2.5mm thick steel.
