Type LL washers are robust, heavy-duty washers commonly used in timber construction. The large face of the washers allows timbers to be tightened together without the bolt head or nut sinking into the timber. Type LL washers are thicker and stronger than normal penny washers. These plate washers are manufactured to NFE 25-51 LL specifications (AFNOR) and are made from A2 stainless steel, making them ideal for external applications.
