The Schmid RAPID® SuperSenkFix structural wood screw is designed for load-bearing timber and CLT connections. Its partial thread draws the connected components together, while the SuperSenkFix head seats cleanly and flush with high pull-through resistance.
Suitable applications include structural timber framing, cross-laminated timber walls and floors, rafter connections and compatible steel-to-timber details. The self-drilling tip and low-resistance thread support controlled installation with reduced splitting under the approved conditions.
The RAPID® SuperSenkFix is a carbon-steel structural timber screw with a partial thread and torx drive. It is intended for connections where the thread anchors in the receiving timber and the head-side component is pulled firmly into position.

RAPID® SuperSenkFix screws are used for professional structural timber and mass-timber connections. Schmid identifies the range for side-grain, end-grain and relevant CLT face and narrow-edge applications, subject to the connection design.
