A2 stainless steel torx drive chipboards screws for timber-to-timber applications. Stainless steel wood screws are ideal for exterior applications or areas exposed to excess moisture. The flat underside of the head makes these ideal for use with metal brackets such as joist hangers and other builders metalwork.
PLEASE NOTE: A2 stainless has excellent corrosion resistance but it is much softer than carbon steel. A pilot drill is essential for use in hard woods such as oak, and we would recommend using one in all materials as best practice.
